Progressing Dance Technique
It is difficult for students to feel what muscles initiate correct alignment in dance training. By using the Fit Ball, which is continually mobile under the students body, the student learns to feel a sense of posture and weight placement while dancing. This supplementary program and effective exercises will strengthen the core stability and balance to help in all forms of dance.
The use of the Theraband in these classes enhances articulation of the feet as well as lengthening and providing strength to the leg muscles.
