Dawn did her dance training at Turning Pointe Dance Studio’s in Cairns from 1998 – 2007 where she completed Pre-Primary to Advanced Foundation in the Royal Academy of Dance style.In 2008 and 2009 Dawn was given a part scholarship to the McDonald College of Performing Arts in Sydney (The Australian International Ballet Academy).She graduated with Distinction from the Australian International Ballet Academy completing Advanced 1.
Dawn has worked extensively on numerous styles of dance. In 2008 she danced in the Corp de Ballet of Sleeping Beauty, 2009 saw her performing the Pas De Trois in Swan Lake and in 2010 she was given the role of the Queen of the Dryads in Don Quixote as well as being a semi finalist in the McDonald Sydney Eisteddfod Ballet Scholarship that year.
Dawn has completed her certificate in ballet teaching studies with the Royal Academy of Dance.
