Classical Ballet is taught in the Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD) method at the following levels:

• Baby Ballet
• Pre-Primary
• Primary
• Grades 1 to 8
• Intermediate & Advanced

Students are entered in the RAD Exams held in July each year, or alternatively encouraged to take part in the Dancetra “in studio” exams.

After the RAD Exams, students have the exciting challenge of preparing individual and class performances for the annual year end concert.

Throughout the year Dancetra students participate in local Eisteddfod’s competing with a range of other dancers in solo and group items.

The Dancetra concerts are held in November each year, giving students the opportunity to perform on stage in theatrical costumes before an audience of family and friends
